This
is dual function rework station with built-in smoke
absorber, Hot blast Welding
remover combined with Soldering station, digital display
of temperature, built-in smoke absorber does less harm
to maintenance workers during soldering work, it plays the full
flow of overall maintenance. Dual
functional can use together or separate. Adjustable
airflow rate and temperature that suitable on de-soldering
any kind of SMD component such as QFP, SOP, PLCC, SOJ
and BGA ICs. Digital adjustment/display system
accurately control temperature for welding removing with
security and reliability, anti-static design.
A hot airflow rate display meter
ensure the BGA IC soldering or de-soldering success. There are
six Nozzles 1130, 1187, 1197 and 3 types for BGA IC included with this rework
station for handling most common welding works. It is an
essential equipment for people who is doing repairing
job and business.
